Our story

Orleans Holiday House

Orleans Holiday House is our family-owned vacation home on Cape Cod, and we made it for the kind of trips our own family loves. Family and friend groups are who this house was made for: three floors, room for everyone and a cozy corner for each of them. It sits in a quiet residential neighborhood in Orleans, where Cape Cod Bay meets the Atlantic, with a footpath into Eldredge Park and Main Street a short walk beyond. Some days call for the calm water of the bay, others for big surf, and here you can decide after breakfast.

What we value

We want you to feel at home here, and a few clear expectations make that easy for everyone. That's why the house rules, the fees and the fine print are all in one place before you pick your dates, and why booking direct shows every line of your total before you book, without the platform service fees. We would rather answer a question now than surprise you later. We take care of the details between stays too, like cleaning and sanitizing the hot tub between every group. And we think the seasons outside summer are Cape Cod's best kept secret, with fireplaces and the hot tub running all year. Orleans is always in season.

Arrival & check-out

Ready when you are

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. If the house is ready early, we'll message you your door code as soon as it is, and that's often well before 4. Tell us your kids' ages before you arrive and we'll make sure the right baby gear is out. On your last morning, just ask: we can usually stretch check-out to 11:00 when our cleaners' schedule allows.
